THE LAND ARTS SITES
Beginning in 2000, the Land Arts program spent time in the field traveling throughout the Great Basin, Colorado Plateau and Chihuahuan Desert camping in various remote econiches such as sub-alpine, high desert, riparian, low desert, human habitation and impacted locations. Each year the journeys vary as we explore new sites and engage with new communities. The map below is a satellite image of the territory featured here in the SITES section.
